Secondary parameter calculation in NLME

Hi

Does anybody having an experience in calculating below mentioned PD parameters using NLME, I gone through the user’s guide however I couldn’t find the procedure.

PD parameters such as AUEC, Tmin, Rmax, Rmin, Gmax etc.,

Sundar, have you tied constructing some PD models using ‘set WNL’ option and then looking at the secondary parameters and model code tabs to help you learn the syntax?

If you have the formulas of your model then you can re-arrange those and calculate them as secondary parameters, e.g. in a turnover model, baseline (R0) might be;

secondary(R0 = tvKin/tvKout)

If you have specific models them perhaps we can guide you further.
